No repeat Exercise!

Learning to not repeat yourself when you have expressed what you want, need or desire when it comes to your boundaries or personal space or just simply the way you want to live your life. Give the advice that’s asked for and nothing more, let others know how you genuinely feel, or expressing to someone that what they’re doing is now starting to disturb your peace. Let’s stop putting ourselves in a predicament where we continuously tell people our boundaries or when they come to you for advice (but of course just want you to listen) and don’t take the advice just to do it all over again and have the same conversation to where it now becomes overwhelming for you, needs to come to a complete stop. We have to learn that other people problems are not yours to carry. So, for a full week try not repeat yourself. (Kids, Friends, Family, Associates or Coworkers) Is this something that’s easy or hard for you to do? I know we always give the eye roll but if it’s consuming your everyday life then it’s definitely something that should not be repeated and should come to an end.
